We are also a prolific Buyer of your unwanted stock of consumables ready to purchase from a single unit to big quantities of any brand or model including spare parts. The only supplies we do not buy are the NON OEM ones. So what you have to do is to make a list of all your surplus stock indicating the part numbers and quantities available and send it to us. Using an excellent pricing system, our dynamic Purchasing Agents will offer you competitive prices for A, B, C or D grade boxes. Moreover we arrange and cover the shipping expenses!
Our warehouses are situated in Dortmund, Germany and Wheeling (Chicago), USA and their scanning systems enable us to process up to several thousands items per day as well as ensuring accuracy of all incoming and outgoing products.

SovaMax offers to its Customers a wide range of consumables for all OEM brands such as HP, Canon, Brother, Xerox, OKI, Epson, Kyocera, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta and many more
Our boxes are divided into 4 types :
Our boxes are divided into 4 types :
- A gradeit is the perfect, undamaged box with no writing, no labels or tears; looks like from the Manufacturer shelf.
- B gradehas 1 or 2 cosmetic imperfections on the box, that being a label sticked or a dented corner or a minor writing on the box.
- C gradehas 3 or more cosmetic imperfections, might have a hole in it, more mailing labels, lots of writing, torn envelope but the product inside is intact and sealed. It is important to know that our C grade is still the unopened box ( HP's have the pull-tab NOT removed).
- D gradeis the opened box. Could be the perfect or bad looking box but the product inside is sealed; and if we speak about the brands that their supplies carry a pull-tab than it is removed.
- T gradeHP Laserjet older than 2007, but not older than 2005; Old style of Brother - violet box or white with orange; Box condition is like A or B grades;
